Harrison Development will work together with Enterprise Community Development to develop Upton Gateway. This 38-unit mixed-income homeownership development in the historically Black Upton neighborhood in West Baltimore City is a personal one for Harrison Development, who once lived in the neighborhood and retains ties there.

Critical resources from the City of Baltimore are a further key component of this transaction, delivering subsidies to the future homebuyers and support that helped support the renovation of the long-vacant rowhomes that are being given a new life in the proud, legacy-rich Upton community.
